“On stock” items means that the product can be handcrafted and sold but not necessarily present in the Magnolia Atelier at the moment you place the order. If the product/products you ordered are on stock, We either have them in showroom or we have to craft them when you place the order and only after that they will be sent to you. Depending on this shipment will be made the next 1 to 7 days. Normally if the product/products you ordered are on stock but not present in the Magnolia Atelier, they usually require up to 5-7 days production time. We will need a phone confirmation of your order and the exact delivery time will be communicated individual for any product depending Our internal logistics. We may require a 50% advance payment for the item ordered with”cash on delivery” option or when placing bespoke accessories orders. For these the remaining 50% will be paid on delivery. You will be contacted as soon as you place your order for further information. Please make sure you provide us with the correct contact details so we can reach you.
When a product on Sale is out of stock you can still order it online or directly in showroom but please be informed that the price for recreating the piece it at Full Price as stated on the corresponding page of the item. Pieces on Sale are showroom samples from previous collections and we can not recreate the piece at a Sample price.
When a normal product from the current collection is “Out of Stock” this means that the item will no longer be repeated with the exact beads or in the exact shape as stated in the picture. If you specifically want it you can email us at email@example.com and we will try to find the perfect replacement from the existent pieces or simply create a new one portraying your desire.

Payment Methods accepted by Magnolia Atelier:
Card payment is securely processed through www.plationline.ro platform. The payment will appear on your bank statement as [ magnoliaatelier.ro ]. After receiving your payment your order is confirmed and we will start processing it. You will be notified by email when the order is being dispatched so please make sure you check your email address often.

After your order confirmation is received you can make the bank transfer payment using the Order Confirmation Number in your Payment Detail field so we can track the payment to the ordered product.
If the payment is done from a different account (with other name than yourself) , with other information than the delivery and billing information, please state this when sending the copy of the OP at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In any of card payment or bank payment We will start processing your order after We confirm with our bank that the payment has been received to our accounts. You can rush this by sending us an email with the OP copy of the payment as it may take 1-2 days for Bank transfer payments to reach our accounts if made from a different bank than ours.
The prices are set in RON currency, they are without VAT and they don’t include delivery costs.
Transportation costs may vary depending on the payment method, delivery method and delivery location selected.
When placing the order, your order invoice will contain all selected products costs and shipping cost.
All shipments of orders received on weekends are processed the following Monday. All shipping time estimates are in working days. Standard shipping is estimated to be 1-4 business days depending on your location.

All orders are inspected and packed by hand in the Magnolia Atelier.
After you receive the order confirmation and we receive payment confirmation from our Bank we will start processing your order. If the item ordered by you is available in the Magnolia Atelier, We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days and We will contact you if necessary.
We Use two Carriers depending on the delivery location:

Occasionally packages are notified to us as undeliverables by the carrier. When a carrier notifies Magnolia Atelier about an undeliverables package, We will immediately contact you for an updated reshipment address. If we do not receive any contact within 3 business days of the package being undeliverables, We will cancel your order.
We ship all packages based on the address that you entered during checkout. You can confirm/change the delivery address only on the phone. Please make sure that the address you choose is correct and someone is there to receive the order.
If you will be unavailable to receive your package sent by postal mail or courier service, please ensure that someone else will be there to receive and inspect your package. We reserve the right to provide the courier with your phone number, in order for them to contact you and ensure delivery.
Orders that are shipped to countries other than Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.
You may return the products that you have received within 14 days, starting the next day after receiving them. The return shipping is at your cost. Additional documents for return shipping will be found inside the parcel. Make sure you fully read, understand and fill in the form when taking into consideration a return. We recommend that you retain the proof of return shipping. You will find return instructions in the package. Please return the products in the original package, with all labels on and along with the completed return form.
Before making a return please notify the Magnolia Atelier about your return no later than 48 hours from receiving the order, stating the reason of your return, via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can decide either to replace the faulty items (if this is the case), exchange the product with another or simply return it and we will act accordingly to your best interest. Note that for any returns to be accepted you must provide at least one proof of purchase. Copy of the delivery AWB is enough for online purchasing.
It shall be considered a valid return any return which complies with the return instructions from the original package and which has no deterioration other than manufacturing defects (if any).
No refund will be taken into consideration if the return instructions are not strictly respected. In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), Magnolia Atelier has the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide a partial refund accordingly.
Returning the funds will be done in the same way payment was made.
For card payments made online on Our website the refund will be made on the same Card used for the purchase. The card will be credited with the Product Cost in maximum 30 days from the acceptance of the return. Please note that transportation fee will not be refunded as it is a cost We pay directly to the carrier so it is considered an additional cost independent of the products sold by Us.
We recommend the return to be made via Fan Courier or DHL International, our normal carriers. If you choose your own carrier the return is at your own cost.
By choosing one of our carriers we can help you with return cost and pay it directly from the amount to be returned. The cost for the return will be the same as the one already paid for delivery. So be aware if you choose this method then the amount to be credited to your account is the Initial cost you payed minus delivery and return fees.
Completing and signing the return form you will accept the transportation fee and all the condition mentioned above.
The goods must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. This includes the original packaging, tags being still intact, items not being worn or altered. If the requirements are not satisfied, Magnolia Atelier reserves the right to refuse the return.
In case of a valid return, your account will be credited within 15 days from the receiving of the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation.
We certify that all of our products are produced inside the Magnolia Atelier Showroom and all of the materials are presented accordingly at the description of each product/service available in the online shop.
We reserve the right to change the prices for our products and services without notice, to discontinue products and we will not beliable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products and services available on Magnolia Atelier.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website so these may have limited quantities which are stated accordingly online. Magnolia Atelier reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
